TransmiApp
TransmiApp nace de la necesidad de poder usar de una manera más eficiente el sistema de transporte público en Bogotá, ya que cuenta con la posibilidad de programar las rutas habituales tanto en el sistema troncal como en el zonal, así como reportar en tiempo real dónde viene el bus y cuánto tarda. Pero posee algunos factores que no lo hacen tan popular.
TransmiApp was born out of the need to use the public transportation system in Bogotá more efficiently. It allows users to schedule their regular routes for both the trunk and zonal systems, as well as report real-time information on bus locations and estimated arrival times. However, it has some factors that make it less popular.
Como impulsores de la aplicación desde el Concejo de Bogotá, realizamos un acompañamiento integral junto a la Secretaría de Transporte para trabajar en mejorar la usabilidad y la estrategia de promoción de la misma. Es por esta razón que el primer paso para cumplir este objetivo fue realizar una serie de entrevistas con usuarios para que nos dijeran cómo era su experiencia con la App.
